Meeting the last mile Sales team of these super strong girls and women at #KhimjiRamdas group, especially the one that focuses on #Whisper and #Pampers Distribution division of #P&G was super charging for me personally.
Getting to know about the kind of efforts these ladies make to educate young girls and new mothers in the remotest areas in the state, around their hygiene and personal safety along with their children’s better health and sound sleep.. I realised 100% target achievement doesn’t come because of incentives for them, it comes from their passion. Kudos the Team #Gillette and other brands as well.
